The Amazonian Experience Cultural Dinner was an event promoted by MI Indigenous Fashion to bring together brand collaborators, showcasing the results of the project’s development in 2025.
The Cultural Dinner featured the presence of the Queen of Congo, Diambi Kabatusuila, who was honored during the dinner. The meeting with the Queen of Congo was a collaborative effort between social projects and the ethnic identity of African and Indigenous peoples. This meeting began in 2023, during London Fashion Week, through an event promoted by Best of Brazil, through its president Rafael dos Santos, with the Queen of Congo as the distinguished guest and honoree of the London awards ceremony.
The meeting between collaborators was sponsored by the Association of Veterans of the Marine Corps, Manaus branch (AVCFN MANAUS), represented by its president Dijalon Ferreira. The focus was to welcome a political authority to the dinner and promote social actions developed by the Association, which collaborates with military and civilian personnel.
The meeting was attended by the president of the Municipal Council of Culture (CONCULTURA), Tony Medeiros, and his team; Clenilda Cordeiro, representative of the company PanoFort Tecidos; and Erick Lira, representative of Livraria Lira; these being direct supporters of MI MODA INDÍGENA. Artists from the Arte com Toque project and representatives of the local press, such as Cristóvão Nonato, participated in the dinner.
The fashion show featured local models showcasing clothing from the MI MODA INDÍGENA design team.
